The Box Office

The Box office is located in the foyer of the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub on Level 0.

This is ground level from Macquarie Road and one level up from the back carpark. 

The Box Office team can assist with show information, ticket queries, and room hire enquiries.

During periods of unexpectedly high phone call volume, your call may go through to voicemail. Please leave a message, and our box office staff will return your call as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.  

Where a concession ticket price is listed, and unless stated otherwise on the event information page, a concession ticket price will be offered to holders of the following cards:  Centrelink-issued Pensioner Card, Veteran’s Affairs Pensioner Card, Full-time Student Card, Australian Government Health Care Card.

To claim a concession, please indicate when booking.  Concession ticket holders must have their concession card with them when attending a performance.

We accept Companion Card.  For wheelchair and access seating please book through our Box Office on 02 4723 5050.

A night out at the theatre is always more fun with friends! 

For selected events, customers wishing to purchase a group of tickets* may be eligible to receive a special discounted ticket price.  If a group ticket price is available, the price will be listed on the individual event's page.

To purchase group tickets, please contact our box office on 4723 5050. 

*A group is generally 8 or more tickets purchased in one transaction for the same event, however the number of tickets can vary by event so please refer to the event information.  

A one-off booking fee of $3.70 (for service and handling) applies per transaction; this is regardless of the number or value of items purchased.

Blue Mountains Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities and a lift to all floors. We have a hearing loop in our theatre.

If you have any mobility or special access needs, wish to book a wheelchair seating or to request that our hearing loop is available for your visit, please contact the box office on 4723 5050.

There is no right to refund or exchange except as required by law, and/or as provided in the Industry Ticketing Code of Practice. 

Blue Mountains Theatre (Blue Mountains City Council) is the ONLY authorised ticket seller for all events held at this venue.

Tickets sold by the venue are intended for the use by the purchaser and are not to be resold through ticket resell websites such as Viagogo, EBay, Gumtree etc.

Please be aware that Blue Mountains Theatre accepts no responsibility or obligation to honour tickets purchased from or through unauthorised re-sellers.

If the event is cancelled, a refund (if applicable) will be paid to the first purchaser of the ticket and not to consumers who bought from the resale market.
