Free parking is available in our car park at the rear of the building, which can be accessed via David Road or Braemar Lane.

For visitors with a parking permit, we have four dedicated accessible parking spaces located near the lower ground floor doors at the read of the building.

Access to a lift that reaches all floors in Blue Mountains Theatre + Community Hub is also available from the carpark.

Blue Mountains Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring accessible restroom facilities and lift access to all floors.

We offer dedicated, reserved wheelchair seating within the auditorium. To ensure we allocate the perfect space for your needs, wheelchair and accessible bookings must be made directly through the Box Office.

How to book:

If you don't use a wheelchair but have reduced mobility, the first few rows at the front and the last few rows at the rear of the theatre have limited steps.

To assist in amplifying the sound from the stage, T-Loops (to be attached to your own hearing aid), earpieces and headphones are available at the Box Office.

Please request these at the time of booking or see our Box Office team on arrival.  

Accredited guide dogs, or any animal trained to assist people with disability, are welcomed.

You will be seated to the rear of the theatre for the comfort of all patrons.
Service dogs won't be allocated a seat and must remain on the floor at all times.

We accept the NSW Companion Card.
Please provide the Companion Card number to the Box Office when booking.

How to book Companion Card tickets:

Accessible toilets are available on all floors.

An adult change table is also available on the ground floor.
